Slide into your softest pajamas and join us for a tranquil night of gentle yoga, guided breathwork, and pure comfort. This 90-minute indoor workshop blends cozy movement, deep relaxation, and nostalgic self-care — all in the safest, softest space possible.
We’ll stretch it out (nothing too bendy, we promise), breathe deeply, and ease into restorative poses with pillows, blankets, and soft lighting. Lots of blanket burritos and deep exhales. As we wind down, you’ll be treated to a calming sound bath with chimes, drums and bowls, followed by a dreamy herbal tea ceremony and sleepy snacks.
There’s no pressure to perform — just permission to rest. Think: fuzzy socks, warm tea, essential oils, and cozy ambience. Give yourself permission to just exhale.

We’ll begin with a slow, sensory-rich nature walk through the Woodlands of Woodstock—complete with feeders, bird baths, and binoculars—guided by breathwork, sensory meditations, and a bit of bossy encouragement to shut up and observe the damn trees.
Then we’ll head into the aviary for a full Woodstock Wellness experience—where the feathered residents do the talking (loudly), and you practice presence, awe, and the ancient art of listening without needing to fix a thing. Feed and play with our exotic parrots and meet our flock of sassy spirits.
