Join us for a one-of-a-kind ornitherapy workshop where nature, mindfulness, and a little bird magic collide. We’ll begin with a slow, sensory-rich nature walk through the Woodlands of Woodstock—complete with feeders, bird baths, and binoculars—guided by breathwork, sensory meditations, and a bit of bossy encouragement to shut up and observe the damn trees.
Then we’ll head into the aviary for a full Woodstock Wellness experience—where the feathered residents do the talking (loudly), and you practice presence, awe, and the ancient art of listening without needing to fix a thing. Feed and play with our exotic parrots and meet our flock of sassy spirits.
